MBU is excited to host the second winter of the South Shore Futsal League! It was a such a success last time, we are going longer and bigger this year. The Futsal League is an opportunity for players and families to participate in accessible local competitive soccer during the Winter. HERE'S THE SCOOP:

• KICK OFF - November 16th, 2024 - Half day Futsal training camp with the Halifax Wanderers to kick off the league
• COMPETE - Games are on Saturdays 3-5pm. Gym Locations (TBC): Chester, Bridgewater, Lunenburg, Mahone Bay. (There will be no games on the following Saturdays: 21st December,  28 December, January 4th, March 15th).
• TRAIN - Teams organize to train minimum one day a week for each team. MBU will support you as much as you need for this - including help with booking, planning, delivering and equipment for the training sessions.
• AWARDS - March 22nd, 2025 - Halifax Wanderers players & coaches join us for final games and the awards ceremony.

JOINING THE LEAGUE:

• Maximum 10 teams. FIFA Futsal rules. MBU Coaches Refereeing.
• U10, U12, U14 and adult leagues available.
• Maximum squad size is 10 players. Each team must have gender balance of minimum 1 girl or 1 boy on the pitch at all times.
• Register for a team or register individually and we’ll find you a team.
• Sliding scale of costs from $25 - Pay It Forward.
