ALL ABILITY SOCCER HAS COME TO MBU!!

We are very excited to be offering Soccability during Mahone Bay United's Winter play program! Soccability is offered through a partnership with Soccer Canada. This program will focus on physical literacy while players engage in soccer activities. It will be beneficial for social interaction, physical and cognitive development, and an opportunity for engagement with others in the community. We are happy to offer this program free of charge. ​

SOCCABILITY INFO & LOGISTICS
​Soccability is designed for kids with neurodivergence and physical impairments (ages 6ish-14ish) It will be an all-inclusive, all-ability soccer program.
DATES: January 12th - March 2nd, 8 sessions
LOCATION & TIME: SundayS at 6-7pm at Bayview Community School gym.

COACHES TRAINING AND OPPORTUNITY TO TRY IT OUT!
MBU is having a coaches training session on October 26th, 10am to 4pm, with a leader from Soccer Canada and Soccability coming to run the session. We would love to welcome athletes and community members to join us for the on the MAHONE BAY Community Field for the field portion of the training from 2pm-3pm. It will be a lot of fun and a great way to try it out!

MBU offers transportation support to make sure everyone gets a chance to play. If you need help getting your player(s) to soccer, let us know! This could include car pooling, taxi vouchers or chartered busses (if there are enough numbers in one area).​There is a section in the registration form for additional info and we'll contact you.
